&lt;p&gt;First, thanks for reading and for the ‘link love’ and thanks for the characterization of &amp;quot;happy words&amp;quot;. Sometimes I wonder if I'm too much of a downer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Second, I’ve subscribed to your blog, will catch up and see what you’re all about. (You should tell people.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Third, your comment will make my Italian mother (a loyal reader and occasional commentator) very proud.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have two hopes. That customer-facing people will treat everybody nice, but treat the ones that deserve it, special and that ALL consumers will eventually figure out that if they're loyal, cooperative, and stop being pains in the ___, they'll get treated special, too!&lt;/p&gt;
